“Canyon” by Trixie Pitts Abstract Expressionist Landscape Oil Painting

Description

Canyon”, a rather minimalist abstract was created to evoke the stark beauty of desert hills and canyons. I used a limited, neutral and somewhat muted palette to do the job. Sweeping brushstrokes and vibrant energetic lines combine to create motion and vitality, and when contrasted with swathes of soft pale neutral tones, represent the serene yet powerful dynamics of a desert landscape. The artwork invites viewers to feel the peace and the subtle energy of nature.1.5″ edge is matte white. Certificate of authenticity.Signed and dated on front and back.
