With a grating surface much softer on your hands than other options The Grate Plate is not only easy to use, it’s also easy to gather what you’ve grated, with the included brush, so nothing is wasted. Notice your garlic and ginger grates down to a fine puree, providing the utmost flavor!

The graters are handmade with stoneware ceramic using food safe clay and glazes. Stoneware is extremely durable, easy to clean.
