This hand-painted and meticulously constructed throw pillow is one-of-a-kind creation made from up-cycled denim. Evoking a lunar eclipse, this stunning decorative piece bridges the gap between art and design.

In response to mass production, fashion designer turned artist Ronen Azulay uses recycled materials like repurposed textiles and denim to create one-of-a-kind pieces in a process that involves color transference and extraction.

His abstract, figurative designs focus on themes like the sun, moon and the ocean, the past and the present. Through his art, he seeks to contribute to a healthy cultural ecosystem that is focused on sustainability.
