Midcentury Daily Life Scene Painting on Textile/Signed

Description

Lovely midcentury painting on textile. Signed on lower right corner and framed with brown wood with gold details. African daily life scene, possibly in a rural setting. The artwork features five figures engaged in various activities, rendered in a stylized and somewhat faded manner. The style of the artwork is reminiscent of traditional African art, with simplified forms. The scene likely represents a snapshot of community life, with individuals contributing to the dayly tasks necessary for survival and well being.See
