There are minor scuffs and surface marks consistent with age and regular wear, as well as a few areas with more noticeable scratches / nicks that may benefit from refinishing or light repair depending on your preference. Despite this, the table remains structurally solid and retains a striking, elegant presence.*Chairs: Also in good structural condition. Several chairs show signs of wear along the seat fabric edges, light staining, and deeper scuffing on the black lacquer frames. These imperfections are cosmetic only and do not affect the chairs’ stability or comfort. Most issues could be addressed through an upholstery refresh or touch-up work if a pristine look is desired.Overall, this set presents beautifully and is fully functional as-is. All signs of wear are minor and typical for vintage pieces of this age and quality. Set is from a smoke-free home and currently located in a home with a dog (who has never been on the furniture).
