B & B Italia ‘Andy’ Red Leather Adjustable Sectional, Vintage Early 2000’s

Description

Ever wanted or dreamt of a Ferrari in your living room? Yeaaaah, probably not, but if there was something similar in furniture form this sofa sectional would be it. With its simple, clean lines, this sofa exudes elegance and its slick, low-profile silhouette is the epitome of modern design, offering sophistication in both form and function. This isn’t just furniture—it’s a design statement, proving that minimalism can be bold, powerful, and unforgettable.

The Andy sofa by B&B Italia was designed in 2001 by Paolo Piva (1950-2017), an acclaimed Italian architect and designer who studied under Carlo Scarpa. Piva was known for his blending functionality and aesthetic sophistication of which the Andy sofa reflects this approach with its adjustable backrest and clean, modern lines. One of the standout aspects of the Andy sofa is its adjustable backrest which can be re-positioned to switch between a low, lounge-style silhouette and a higher, more supportive setup, offering versatility in comfort and aesthetics.

The sofa was made-to-order in 2003 and comes with it’s original documents. It’s upholstered in red leather and the hardware is all powder coated silver. We are open to reasonable offers.
