Mads Berg is a Danish illustrator specializing in poster design, brand and editorial illustrations, cover art, and murals. Based out of Copenhagen, Berg has an impressive list of international clients. His work is characterized by a style that translates classic poster art into a modern and time look. Orangina is a French carbonated beverage made from, well… oranges. The drink even has orange pulp in it, that’s why they have the tag line “Naturally juicy!” … They come in somewhat pear-shaped bottles (though originally, they were made in an orange-shaped bottle) with a pebbly texture meant to recall the peel of an orange or other citrus fruit.

Born in 1975, Berg graduated from the Danish Design School in 2001 and has since been working independently as a professional illustrator and occasional lecturer at design schools across Denmark. He has been a jury member for the Best in Swedish (Kolla) and Norwegian (Visuelt) Contemporary Illustration on several occasions, in 2010 he was awarded the “Best Danish Children’s Comic” prize, and in 2009 the Danish Design Prize. Berg’s poster art is represented at the Danish National Design Archives at the Design Museum Danmark.See
