1900s Copper Embossed and Navy Velvet Hunt Scene Coin Purse –

Description

Bought long ago at an English Flea Market, this is a beautifully preserved antique coin purse. It has a metal riveted frame with a press-button closure and a deeply embossed copper panel depicting a hunt scene with dog, prey, and foliage. The body of the bag is navy silk velvet, and the lining is burgundy silk satin. The silver colored chain strap is 10” long. There are no hallmarks or IDs.See
